Abstract：

There are five kinds of forces determining the industrial structure of forging equipment of our country,which have different impacts on the industry's competition.The threat of entering this industry comes from the biggest international manufacturers,which mainly threaten the domestic advanced product market.Affected by competitive market structure,the purchaser of the forging equipment has stronger bargaining ability,therefore enterprises in this industry should take the different strategy of product production.As for the supplier of this industry,the bargaining ability of the steel manufacturing industry is stronger,while the electric equipment and mechanical spare part manufacturing industry is relatively weaker.Concerned competition inside the industry,the market of low end approaches perfect competition and the advanced market nearly belongs to monopoly.In terms of substitutes,numerical control forging and pressing lathes and machining centers will substitute the traditional forging equipment.
