Abstract:
Taking advantage of combining numerical simulation experiment with spot experiment, orthogonal method was applied to analyzing the experiment data in this paper. Results showed that four process parameters had great effects on the forming properties of hit galvanized steel sheet during the drawing. In accordance with primary and secondary, the four parameters were die edge radius?punch edge radius?drawing pressure of upper ring and drawing compound. The best combination of process parameters was made in conclusion.
