Abstract:
Precision forming technology has the unique advantages compared to the traditional machining technology, for example, saving energy and material as well as increasing the efficiency.It has been used widely in automotive, aerospace, mechanical and electronic industry for its efficiency and precision. In this paper, the advance of precision forging parts' accuracy prediction technology is systematically illustrated in the aspects of part elastic deformation, die elastic deformation, die wear, thermal expansion and shrinkage of part and die.Some problems of precision forging products' accuracy prediction technology have been expounded based on present research. It also analyzes and discusses the development trends.
