Abstract:
Uniform design is a type of experimental design methods.This paper uses the finite-element technology and uniform design method to optimize processing parameter of cylindrical cup, such as friction coefficient, blank-holder force and top radius of die during the course of deep drawing.Simulation results show that there is a good effect no improving forming tolerance and restricting variable thickness .The method can reduce simulation frequency, increase optimization efficiency and improve simulation calculating accuracy of sheet stamping
