Abstract:
If we utilize the basic principle of Computer Graphics and Computer Data Construction and understand the internal data construction of entity in the software, we need not make any difference among each graphics and see them as particular object.Then we classify them , pick up the graphics information , calculate the needed data and stamping force of stamping dies by developing MDT 6.0 with Visual C++ 6.0 and ObjectARX 2000.Thus we can calculate stamping force of all kinds of dies of complicated shape and many males dies quickly and accurately, which only needs to do some simple and visualize operation.The method solves successfully the question that the stamping force of dies is difficult to be calculated.It is very useful for the future dies design.
