Abstract:

The techniques of isothermal extrusion and mould were designed for the electric screwdriver hilt.The deformation process was simulated with finite element method software Deform-3D.The 250 kN deformation force for electric screwdriver hilt was predicted.The isothermal extrusion test is processed by YAW-500 kN press.The test proves that the designed forming plan is feasible and the correctness of simulation analysis is right.
