Abstract:
The variable speed systems now used in crank presses have problems such as narrow in variable speed,fault in low speed and failure in tiny adjustment and so on.On the analysis of variable speed principle for the failure,the reason was found out in the existing problems.The method and the improvement measures to solve the problems were proposed.In view of switched reluctance variable speed system,the improvement solutions made by taking the maximum speed and the work energy as the design reference were promoted,the design formula of transmission system was set up and the example confirmation was put up.The results indicate that new variable speed presses driven by switch reluctance motor have obvious advantages like wide in variable speed,reliable in high and low speed.The market prospect is bigger and more general.
