Abstract:

According to the problems of real-time share of information that exist between CAD and ERP systems of die and mould enterprises, the integrated information frame based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) was put forward. The frame took ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) as the primary integration technique, combined with the technique of Web Service, data processing technique based on event-driven dataflow and the technique of rules engine to implement the integrated system of CAD and ERP. The system solves the problem of synchronous share and update of BOM information between CAD and ERP and ensures that data and information of each system are consistent and transparent.
