Abstract：

The analysis of the use requirement for the spinning technique of hub spinning machine was done. Some suggestions were put forward: the die lubrication way of the spinning machine now was changed to lubricate the die surface and three vertical wheels were uniformly placed in a circle; the temperature control system should be installed for heating and testing molds on-line; the drive units should be installed at the tailstock and rotating wheels separately. This process can provide a direction for equipment manufacturing and improvement trend for hub spinning machine.
