Abstract:

Taking the stamping method of the magnetic yoke for large-scale generators for example,aiming at the shortage of tonnage for existing equipment, the mainpoint of the design for stamping process,mold design and manufacturing processes were analysed,a new compound die was designed and the form of ladders with diagonal blade and composite mode structure were adopted,and the optimal design of the guide post was put forward too,and then the stamping production of large-scale magnetic yoke parts was solved which created good economic benefits for the enterprise.
