Abstract:

The structural shape and dimension were adjusted indispensably for jointly blanking in terms of two stainless steel parts of pulsator profile gasket on fully-auto washer and anhydr-bucket profile gasket on twin-tube washer. The two parts were formed simultaneously in a set of composite stamping die by adopting the reasonable blanking technology, the suitable die construction and materials, as well as the heat treatment process. As a result, a lot of materials were saved in favor of the improvement of productivity, and good technology and economic efficiency were also obtained.
