Abstract:

A method for obtaining the paraffin-based physics simulation materials by different additive proportions was introduced. Firstly, through compression tests at room temperature, the stress-strain situation was obtained accorded with similitude principle in isothermal and static forging;then under this situation, the stress-strain curves of the paraffin-based  simulation materials could be got by different additive proportions, and the relationship of stress-strain curves and metal forging were analyzed. Finally,through changing their roughness and lubrication to get the similar friction conditions of the simulation materials, a new forging material of physical simulation could be gained.
