Abstract:

The statics and nonlinear contact finite element analysis for the testing press machine with which crossbeam was poured concrete or not was done by using the ANSYS finite element software. Through the comparison of the simulation results of two statuses,the improved performance of the testing press machine with its crossbeam filled with concrete was analyzed. The improved performance and the variation regular of the steel\|concrete crossbeam were comfirmed. It will provide a theoretical basis for the application and improving suggestions of the steel\|concrete crossbeam. After the crossbeam of testing press machine was poured with concrete, the test results show that stress reduce above 36.7%, deformations decrease above 22.9% and frame performance is improved.
