Abstract:

The features and processing requirement of servo press and the basic principles of vector control were analyzed, the servo motor vector control system based on DSP and FPGA were proposed. The software, hardware and composition of the servo motor vector control system were designed and analyzed in detail. The controllability of rate for the servo press slide and operation curves was realized using modularize design of excellent cost performance related functional instrument of TMS320F28335 DSP and EP2C20F484C8 FPGA and software system. The research achievement provides a reference for the design of the control system in servo press.
