Abstract:

According to structural characteristics  of the typical parts of pipe clamp , a progressive die combined the embossing,blanking,bending,ribbing,bulging was designed to guarantee the parts quality,improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.Firstly,the  sheet metal strip was compressed tightly and lugged  into bending  female die by the coordination of bending punch and ejection plate.  And then, the back strip was dragged  forward and cutted  off. The automatic feeding was ensured. Used wedge devices to push the parts from the side of mould after forming, fully automated production of pipe clamp parts was achieved.
