Abstract:

The spinning roller is often damaged by high temperature as large-caliber shells being spun. The spinning roller was made with a hollow in the structure which could flow the coolant liquid, and effectively ensure the strength when at high temperatures. After giving the physical condition of the spinning roller, with the heat-engine coupling analysis, the roller's temperature and stress distribution in both cooling and without cooling cases were simulated.By comparing analysis, the rationality after the structure being improved was verified.
