Abstract:

Carrier design of component molded all-round in multi-station die and the ejection of product  in multi\|station die paired-stamping were studied.  The satisfied effect was reached,which may offer a reference for multiple  progressive die design of paired-stamping. The process design, mold structure design and manufacturing points of continuous progressive die punching of motor anterior and posterior trestle component were described. By paired\|stamping and reducing the blanking force, the production efficiency can be doubled and the power consumption can be halved, with the potential of facility fully tapped, which is of a great importance to mold process design for manufacturing such kind of parts.
