Abstract:

To research the metadynamic recrystallization behavior of TA11(Ti-8Al-1Mo-1V)titanium alloy, the double-pass hot compression deformation test of TA11 at temperature between 910 and 1010 ℃, strain rate between 0.01 and 10 s-1, holding time between 1 and 20 s was carried out using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation experiment equipment. The results show that the longer the inter-pass time, the higher the stain rate and the deformation temperature, the bigger volume fraction of the metadynamic recrystallization. is Based on the test results, the metadynamic recrystallization kinetic model of the TA11 titanium alloy was established and the results calculated with the models are close to the measured values.
