Abstract:

Plug-in menu and graphical interface which could be embedded into SolidWorks system to achieve the purpose of rapid design for hydraulic cylinder were redeveloped by VB tool to input the main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,to get the functions of the driving feature reconstruction and engineering drawings refreshment. Moreover, it was integrated some commonly used folder manipulations of Windows system and calculations of hydraulic cylinders design in the graphical interface, which greatly accelerated the deformation designed speed of similar products. The rapid design method proposed is not only can be applied in the speed design of hydraulic cylinder but also can be wildly used in the redevelopment of serialization and standardization unit stores and deformational design of many other engineering fields, which has a very abroad applicable value in engineering.
