Abstract:

Rolling deviation is one of the significant problems in the aluminum hot rolling production process,at the start and end time with no tension. In order to reduce the deviation of the two periods, a tension adjustment control model of rolling deviation was established, using the quantitative relation between the slip and rolling exit velocity and around rolling tension. The results show that the model is effective after conducting a simulation by the large\|scale finite element analysis software MSC.Marc.
