Abstract:

By analyzing the selection of hydraulic working pressure, quantity and arrangement of main working cylinder for large close-die forging press ,and combining with the same analysis above and the relationship between three principle arrangements (three-cylinders, nine-cylinders and five-cylinders) of main working cylinder and the structure and size of the frame as well as hydraulic system for large close-die forging press with capacity over 400 MN both at China and abroad, the 800 MN large close-die forging press with hydraulic working pressure of 63 MPa, five-cylinders and arrangement of plum blossom-like pattern which was designed and manufactured by Chinese own was determined.
