As for the skeleton parts of sealing ring in double barrel washing machine whose forming procedures include punching, hole flanging and trimming and need three sets of dies, by combining the processes，three forming processes were achieved by a stamping process with a set of composite die, which improved production efficiency, and reduced production cost. The die structure was introduced in aspects of the overall structure, working principle, die design and the selection of materials and heat treatment, etc., which provided a certain reference for the same type stamping products.
