Abstract:

According to the support board's technical requirements, the process of the support board was analyzed, and the work principle of its bending die was introduced. Then in view of the support board's quality problems of resilience and breaks during bending, ways of solving the problems were researched and the improving measures were selected. Specially, the question was analyzed that the surface of the workpiece had scratches for the bending punch would extrude the plate when the smaller bending height of the thick plate was bended. The process methods adopted were expatiated. Then the structural improvement of the major part of bending punch and bending female die were described, and the problem of the order of bending was solved, which ensured the surface quality of the support board.
