Abstract：

Production planning management system was developed to resolve the problems of production planning management existing in forging enterprises. System requirements, business process, function modules and system structure were mainly studied. The key technologies involved in the production planning management were studied including order processing flow combined with “Order/Invert”, forging task sorting, production planning mathematical modeling of forging process. The system integrates production planning and dynamic environment and functions well which results in efficient-reasonable planning, high accordance of plan with production, quick response to accurate delivery date assessment.
