Abstract:

Link and ball screws power source was adopted in electric punching machine. Depending on two sets of three hinged rod driving stamping device for up and down movement, the functions of no load fast forward, rewind, load slow forward could be realized without using complex control process.Without increasing the motor power and torque and the force of the ball screw, cutting force was increased several times more. The press has advantages of easy adjustment and precise positioning,etc. through special design for stamping device.
