Abstract:

 The mathematical model of synchronous control system for giant forging hydraulic press was established. On this basis, a servo compensator, which has better dynamic responses under existence of running reliability of the system was proposed. The simulation results show that this arithmetic can resolve the problem of synchronous control for giant forging hydraulic press in the mode of multi-cylinder drive, and has the characteristics of strong robustness and better dynamic performance. Then, the parametric sensitivity of robust controller for synchronization system was analyzed. The result indicates that the synchronous control system, under the effect of robust controller, can effectively inhibit the fluctuation of nonlinear parameters, namely has high robustness, and can eliminate the systematic synchronous error.
