Abstract:

Compression test for 20CrMnTi was carried out on hot simulator Gleeble-1500. And the microstructure of the compressed samples was observed by scanning electron microscope. Then the effect of deformation rate and temperature on deformation resistance and microstructure of 20CrMnTi were analysed when it came into plastic deformation at high temperature and the change rules of deformation resistance and microstructure along with deformation rate and temperature were obtained. And stress\|strain model was built. It will provide the reliable reference for the process parameters of hot plastic forming of 20CrMnTi.
