Abstract:

The metal flow is complex due to the large holes in the auto mask frame. The reason for the fracture of the part entity was analyzed with the numerical simulation. The fracture is mainly resulted from the external wrinkling and the internal bulging. Then the fracture was solved by reasonably adjusting the drawbeads and setting up process incisions. Owing to the uncertainty of process incisions, the position and size of the process incision must be equitable and the radial tears in the corner of the process incision must be avoided. Finally, the qualified parts were obtained in actual production and the reliability of analysis was verified.
