Abstract:

The reliability of high-speed punch rolling bearings directly determines the stability of punching machine. The traditional method of calculating reliability requires a large number of experimental data and it is difficult to achieve the conditions. Through the dynamic simulation of transmission system by using ADAMS and ANSYS software, the load spectrum of each rolling bearing was obtained. On this basis, the life of rolling bearings and the reliability to meet the required life can be calculated and the necessary date and theory basis for the reliability analysis of high-speed punch can be provided.
