Abstract:

A method based on the analysis of 63kJ numerical control hydraulic die forging hammer system was put forward. The relationship between the draw blow valve open time t and blowing energy e was got to achieve more precise energy control through the establishment of the mathematical model and simulation analysis by Simulink.  Through the simulation result analysis of the draw blow valve open time t and blowing energy e, it provides the reference for CNC hydraulic feedback control. The method achieves a better result currently in the forging hammer open loop control.
