Abstract:

Two kinds of typical model curling parts were described.The structure characteristic of part was analyzed,and the technique development idea of two kinds of parts was elaborated.Two kinds of curling parts were compared from the aspect of the forming technique.The die structure in every steps and the formed shape and dimensions of the part were described. The characteristic of the key process for die structure was analyzed. The production practice shows that the forming die structure is reasonable, and can ensure the product quality.It has a significant reference value to the die design for the similar parts.
