Abstract：

The work load of inputting the roll recording data into computer is heavy, and sometime it needs to shift the input method continually which is easy to make mistakes. Using the Excel VBA programming technology, by means of adding the combo box,forms,etc., were rapidly input roll type,manufacturer,specification, material, drawing number, etc., one entry and more calls were realized, the accuracy and consistency of entry data were guaranteed and the speed of entry was greatly improved.
