Abstract:

Using Autoform software as analysis platform, the cracking problem of the door outer handle area was simulated,the optimal parameters suited for the design needs and met the requirements of stamping technology were obtained which were applied on the product designing. Then the results of CAE、Tryout and MP were contrasted,and the conclusion was very well. The results show that CAE analysis in the stage of design is useful to enhance the design quality of the products, improve the processing feasibility,which achieves the aims of higher work efficiency and shorter research cycle .
