Abstract:

Temperature control system, which is formed by the generalized object and the regulator, is the most typical application of PID control modes. The critical factor of the control quality is the dynamic feature of the controlled object. Compared with this,the others are secondary. When the system is installed, the system can work in the best condition, mainly determined by which parameters of the regulator are set properly. Taking the tank's temperature control system of the forging press as an example, the tuning method of PI regulator parameters was described.
