Abstract:

A continuous rotary trimming die was designed for the reason that the traditional machining process is not suitable for cutting deep tubular drawing parts. Using screw nut mechanim, the linear motion of press machine could be turned into rotary eccentric motion in order to cut off uneven edge which greatly enhanced the productivity. Adjusting the length of locating rod could control the trimming height of tubular drawing part and be convenient for burring. The finished surface of part is smooth and has highly consistent length.
