Title:According to the characteristics of the hinge parts structure and production volume requirements, the stamping process analysis of the product was carried out in order to determine the process scheme for pressure end of the arc and rolling. The automatic feeding was realized through the push and pull movements of the fork forced by the punch, and the hinge forming progressive die with the automatic feeding function was designed. The structure of the mold, the working process, key design and debugging methods were described. Through the production practice, it is proved that the mold structure is simple, rational, easy to be used and maintened.The production efficiency is high and the product is of good quality.

Abstract:
