Abstract:

The forming process plan for hunging plate of book frame was analyzed, and the main structure of the designed dies and the working principle were introduced. The design integrated the moving punch and mould structure, center trimming, blanking , forming processes on one compound die ,which  greatly enhanced the production efficiency.  Because the punch and die structure were of inserting and spliting mode,it is easy to be removed and mentained.The dies have gained very good results in the real production.
