Abstract:

The recrystallization behavior of alloy 690 was investigated through thermal physics simulation, and the recrystallization diagram of alloy 690 was established using quantitative metallographic method. The results show that obvionsly dynamic recrystallization of alloy 690 is occurred during hot deformation, and deformation parameters have important influences on microstructure for alloy 690. The strain rate of 1s-1 is a very important critical point in which the dynamic recrystallization volume is the least. The recrystallization diagram can provide a basis for the development of alloy 690 hot working process parameters.
