Abstract:

The research was based on 200MN extrusion press. By the problem of hydraulic impact of the working cylinder in the unloading process, a kind of unloading curve based on the principle of energy uniform release was presented. By theoretical analysis and formula deducing, the spool opening curve using cartridge valve in the process of working cylinder unloading was obtained. And by simulation to the unloading process with AMESIM software, hydraulic impact under different unloading curves was contrasted. The results show that the presented curve can effectively make the unloading process stable and fast.
