Abstract:

Considering the influence caused by the structure of conventional extrusion system when extruding wires,such as the limitation of wire length, mass lass of remainder, ineffectively performance of the device , the structural components and extrusion process of 100 extrusion system for 6000kN extruder were analyzed,and one kind of improved scheme was given.Through improving the design of frock die, continuous extrusion with no remainder was realized, the extrusion process was simplified, the production efficiency was improved, at the same time the preparation problem of long wire rod with characteristics was solved effectively, which also provides references for the full use of the equipment.
