Abstract:

According to the actual production needs,stamping process of fastening ring was analyzed and reasonable procedures were arranged. Aiming at the three main procedures,the corresponding die was designed.The die structure was simplified which makes the parts easy to be repaired.For convenient operation,the detail design of the die was considered. After the test and the normal production, the technology scheme and the die design can meet the production needs, which is in full compliance with the demand of product. The scheme is suitable for small batch, low precision parts.It provides a certain reference for the process design and die design of the same type of parts in small businesses and improves the production efficiency and economic benefit.
