Abstract:

The cold extrusion forming with high-frequency vibration for bevel bear was put forward, and its technological measures were also designed. Numerical simulation was used to analysis the whole extrusion process, the forming press,velocity field and stress field to the conventional extrusion forming were compared with Deform. The result shows that the punch load is significantly reduced by 50%, and the stress field is more uniform, thus the mechanical property is better and the final shape is perfect. Finally the generator of high frequency and the extrusion die were designed according to the equipment requirements.
