Abstract:

Based on the T/P91 (10Cr9Mo1VNb) steel which is the typical material of the large-diameter seamless steel tube with thick wall, by using the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test enginery, the flow stress and strain curve of heat resistant T/P91 steel in the high temperature were collected. Taking Avrami equation as the foundation, combined with the metallographic analysis to the samples occurred fully dynamic recrystallization during the hot compression experiment, the parameters of Avrami equation was established by the linear regression method. The P91 mathematical model of dynamic recrystallization in the different deformation conditions was validated. In order to validate the correctness of P91 steel alloy dynamic recrystallization mathematical model, the results of the numerical simulation about hot compress experiences were adopted and Deform software was used through comparing with metallographic experiment.
