Abstract:

With the rapid development of auto-industry in China in recent years, machining technologies and manufacturing levels for related auto-components, especially cold precision forgings of straight bevel gear,are being continuously improved. To accommodate the technology development of cold precision forgings, it is necessary to carry out the research and development of 《Technical conditions for cold precision forgings of straight bevel gear》combined with the current machinery industry standard 《Technical conditions for hot precision forgings of straight bevel gear》. In reference to technical standards in the same industry at home and abroad and in consideration of domestic manufacturing level, technical capability and production status for cold precision forgings of straight bevel gear, the every technical process specification for manufacturing cold precision forging was prepared, including raw material control, blanking, surface structure requirement of forgings, dimension and geometric tolerance, defect of forging surface and structure, heat treatment requirement, surface cleaning, quality inspection, packaging and transporting etc..
