Abstract:

The strain hardening behavior of thin metal sheet during plastic deformation was elaborated. The method of determining the elastic-plastic constitutive model based on the incremental plastic theory was summarized. Emphasize was put on the theoretical origin and application field of the classic kinematic hardening models, such as Prager-Ziegler's model, Mroz's model, Armstrong-Frederick's model, Chaboche's model, Geng-Wagoner's model, Yoshida-Umemori's model and Teodosiu-Hu's model, which provide references for the further studies.
