Abstract:

Springback is one of the key factors in ultra-high-strength steel sheet's forming which influences both the dimension and shape accuracy of the ultra-high-strength steel. The V-bending springback and unloading springback process of 980GI ultra-high-strength steel sheet were simulated by the software ABAQUS/CAE using orthogonal array experiment method based on experimental confirmation. The influences of parameters of geometry and process on springback were studied. The influence sensitivity and regulation of every factor were finally got from simulation results, and simulation prediction was finally carried out, which provides references in practical application.
