Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of forming technology for the high pressure electromagnetic valve, the analysis of numerical simulation about reverse extrusion and composite extrusion forming technology analysis were made by forging analysis software QFORM2D/3D. The composite extrusion metal flow distribution was discussed, and the simulation results of two schemes were contrasted. It is realized that the composite extrusion forming scheme is the best. Then the mold was designed. Through craft experiments, the result indicates that the design of process scheme and mold are reasonable. And the extrusion pressure is reduced and the period of craft experiment is shortened. It has great significance to guide production and application for parts.
