Abstract:

According to the structure characteristics and production volume requirement of the bushing parts, the forming process of the product was analyzed and calculated.A reasonable process was determined and the multi-action rolling plastic bending die was designed. The die structure and working principle , the key points of the die design and the questions in debugging were introduced. The rebound was reduced by plastic die and the cylindrical dimensional accuracy was ensured. The practice shows that the die structure is reasonable and the product quality is good.
