Abstract:

To analyze the effects of different parameters on the flow stress, the single-pass compression experiments were carried out with deep drawing high strength steel 45K-DDQ specimens using a Gleeble1500D thermal simulator at the temperature range of 9501200℃ and strain rate range of 0.01~15s-1 under the condition of maximum deformation of 60%. Considering and combining the characteristics and best application range of the different stress models, the average deformation activation energy under the peak stress and steady-state stress conditions with the regression method were obtained. And they are respectively 318.975kJ·mol-1 and 288.397kJ·mol-1. Finally, the rheological peak stress model was got. The mean relative error is 1.572%, the related coefficient R is 0.9989.
