Abstract：

In order to improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the casing part, by installing fitsheet on the crank press, the bottom dead center was fixed and the part thickness deviation was controlled within 0.2 mm. Using one kind of glassprotective lubricant for stainless steel, the oxide layer of forged part was less than 0.02 mm. The properties of the precision forging part, such as dimensional accuracy, surface quality and mechanical property were superior to the targeted values.
